Guidelines for Abstract Submission
BASiC-2026 invites abstracts from Field practitioners, academicians, researchers, scientists, PG/PhD scholars, UG students, and industry professionals for oral and poster presentations. Submissions may include original research, review articles, clinical case studies, conceptual papers, technological innovations, and evidence-based practices aligned with the conference themes.
Abstract Format Requirements:
- Language: English only
- Word Limit: Not exceeding 300 words
- Required Sections: Title, author(s) name and affiliation, background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion
- Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords
- Presentation Category: Clearly indicate presentation category (oral/poster) and relevant theme at submission
- Font: Times New Roman
- Title: 40 pt or larger
- Authors’ names: 30 pt or larger
- Text: 12 pt
- Use light background with dark fonts
Review and Acceptance Process:
- All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee
- Selected submissions will be notified via email
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Souvenir / Abstract Book and certificates of presentation will be awarded to presenters
- Presentation guidelines will be shared by email.
